I am interested in the social implications of digital technology, with a focus on education.
Currently (since March 2023), I work as scientific officer at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre.
Previously, I have been at:
the Universidad de Cadiz, as ‘Maria Zambrano’ Research Fellow (2022-23) with the Faculty of Education and the Contemporary Aesthetic Theory research group.
the Disruptive Media Learning Lab (Coventry University, UK) as Principal Innovation Lead (2015-2022).
the Centre for Global Engagement (Coventry University, UK) as Online International Learning Programme Manager (2014-16).
the Oxford Internet Institute (University of Oxford, UK) as DPhil student and research assistant.
the Manchester School of Art (UK) as graduate student
the International University of Andalucia (Spain) as communications officer and where I co-founders of its Digital Practices & Cultures Programme and its Centre for Creation & Experimentation in Digital Content.
